Throughout 25 successful years as an attorney, Richard Berger has always believed in the concept of right and wrong and that everyone should be held accountable for their actions. Using these simple principles as a framework, eLegal was created. Its one, single mission: to help those who are being treated unfairly.
Richard Berger received his education from New England School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude while working as the school’s Managing Editor of Law Review—a scholarly journal focusing on legal issues. When Richard is not helping his clients, he plays music, studies martial arts and teaches as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Massachusetts.
In addition to FDCPA attorney Richard, eLegal is further powered by a team of highly dedicated and compassionate professionals who possess a deep understanding of FDCPA laws in order to support their clients during a difficult time. December 29, 2011 Mass Lawyers’ article
